Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 58k/year - 76k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Austin, TX area.

Must Have

4+ years of experience in technical or niche recruiting
Strong hands-on sourcing experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
Experience sourcing for large enterprise or agency environments with high hiring standards
Strong research and candidate outreach skills
Experience using AI tools and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills
Ability to work effectively in high-volume, high-expectation recruiting environments
