Project/Program Manager
About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 133k/year - 144k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have:

5-7 years of experience in a similar role (sets deadlines, monitors progress, summarizes progress/program)

Strong written & verbal skill (executive level documentation, such as MBR/QBR and strategy docs)

Comfortable with ambiguity

Someone who is eager to lean into team culture to build
Plusses:
- Strong Data skillsets would be a huge plus
- Experience working in Mobile Operations or Tech
- PMP Certification / Lean Six Sigma preferred
