Program/Project Manager
About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Program/Project Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 152k/year - 164k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Culver City, CA area.
Must Have:
• 6+ years of design program management experience required
• Knowledge of project management tools and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
• Specific experience with design operations or creative teams
• Budget management experience (given the 3P budget oversight responsibility)
• Event planning experience at scale
Plusses:
• Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
• Experience working with executive leadership
• Ability to learn, leverage and use new systems, tools, and technologies
• Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary UX team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Understanding of UX design and software development
• Experience working with distributed teams, across multiple time zones
