Gentis Solutions is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 146k/year - 179k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

Product management experience in AdTech, Retail Media, Search, Marketplace, or Recommendation Systems
Experience leading relevance, positioning, targeting, or scalability product work
Data and analytics-driven product leadership experience
Technical product management experience with platform scalability
Experience owning roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience improving ad revenue, CTR, conversion rates, targeting effectiveness, or auction performance
Experience partnering with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders
Ability to lead backend developers and QA engineers through roadmap execution
Strong understanding of operational readiness and performance measurement
