About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a HR Generalist II to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 52k/year - 64k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Arlington, VA area.
Must Have
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience in a corporate environment
- Strategic HR experience advising on employee, performance, compensation, or workforce-related matters
- Experience conducting or supporting employee investigations
- Experience handling performance management, compensation, and general HR inquiries
- Experience analyzing HR information and providing clear guidance or recommendations
- Experience partnering across HR, Employee Relations, Legal, and other stakeholder groups
Plusses
- Experience using AI tools and developing effective prompts
- Microsoft Office experience
- Slack or similar business communication tool experience
