Gentis Solutions is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 99k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong specialty recruiting background
- Strong Greenhouse ATS experience supporting candidate and recruiting workflows
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer, close, and candidate acceptance
- Experience independently managing searches and closing candidates
- Strong hiring manager and candidate partnership throughout the recruiting process
- Experience solving recruiting challenges and developing scalable recruiting solutions
