Gentis Solutions is looking for a Electrical Engineer, Utilities & Central Energy (UCE) to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 87k/year - 109k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of post-graduation Electrical Engineering experience
- Strong medium-voltage and 480V power system design experience, including power generation and distribution
- Experience performing power system studies using SKM PTW, including arc flash, short circuit, load flow, protective device coordination, and harmonics
- Strong electrical design experience across multiple industries and processes, with working knowledge of Process, Instrumentation, and Controls
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, NESC, ANSI/IEEE, and related electrical codes and standards, with understanding of multidisciplinary construction practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology
